# Shipping & Delivery

  • Any free shipping promotions and terms of free shipping are subject to eligibility and are evaluated based on each shipping destination in consideration of our courier/shipping service charges.
  • Most regions within these following countries or zones fall within our free shipping eligibility; UNITED STATES, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, EUROPEAN UNION, AUSTRAILIA, & NEW ZEALAND. 
  • If you are unsure if your remote location or region will accrue a shipping fee, contact admin@homegiftzone.com for a free appraisal of any shipping charges for the items you wish to purchase to a specific delivery location prior to your purchase.

# Returns Policy

  • If you didn’t receive the delivery of your item, you will receive a full refund. A courier delivery notification will be sent to the customer on verification that the item has been delivered.
  • If the item is significantly different to the description, return the item and receive a full refund or get a partial refund and keep the item.
  • Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase, or within 7 days of receiving delivery of the purchase if for any unforeseen circumstances your purchase arrives after 30 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original packaging.
  • We will require notification for the reasoning of any return of purchase in writing and may require photos of the goods to be emailed to admin@homegiftzone.com to initiate this claim & implement returning your item to Home Gift Zone through our administration services.
