RETURNS POLICY STATEMENT
If you didn’t receive the delivery of your item, you will receive a full refund. A courier delivery notification will be sent to the customer on verification that the item has been delivered.
If the item is significantly different to the description, return the item and receive a full refund or get a partial refund and keep the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original packaging.
We will require notification for the reasoning of the return in writing and may require photos of the goods to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate this claim & implement returning your item to Home Gift Zone through our administration services.
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase, or within 7 days of receiving delivery of the purchase if for any unforeseen circumstances your purchase arrives after 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, or 7 days have gone by since receiving delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to our merchants, suppliers or manufacturers.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards,
- Downloadable software products,
- Some health and personal care items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable),
- Book with obvious signs of use,
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
SECTION 1 - REFUNDS (if applicable);
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SECTION 2 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable);
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Home Gift Zone administration team at email@example.com.
SECTION 3 - SALE ITEMS (if applicable);
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, unless the item is significantly different to the description, or, the item has a manufacturing fault, or, the item did not arrive.
SECTION 4 - EXCHANGES (if applicable);
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in writing to initiate returning your item to Home Gift Zone through our administration services.
SECTION 5 - GIFT RETURNS;
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift exchange credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by Home Gift Zone, a gift exchange credit will be implemented for you by our administration team.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to someone later, once the returned item is received by Home Gift Zone, we will send a refund or an exchange credit will be implemented to the gift giver by our administration team.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING;
To return your product, you should send an email to email@example.com in writing to initiate returning your item to Home Gift Zone through our administration services.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is significantly different to the description, or, the item has a manufacturing fault, defective or damaged, then Home Gift Zone will refund you the cost of postage fees to return the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you will need to use a trackable shipping service, and for items over $100 use a signature post tracking service, or we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item to process a refund.
